Here we have a robust electrical grid and it is almost 100% green hydro electric power and it’s cheap. We are under 6 cents/kwh (sorry, I don’t know how to convert that to “dumb yankee” measures so a charge at home is about 1/10 the cost of gas. Once I have our garage rebuilt and a new sub panel run to it I can see an EV in there for a daily commuter. Prices are going to start dropping as supply seems to be getting better. Was on a couple different lots last week, lots of Lightnings and Mach E’s on each of the Ford lots and the larger Chevy lot had more Electic Blazerrs that gas.
