Congrats glad it's working for you. My post was meant as humor. Maybe you were able to notice that.

Present day statistics say 50% of marriages end in divorce. The percentage was higher a 10-15 years ago, but over the last decade less people are getting married, so the percentages have lowered.

I know a lot more people, that have divorced, than have stayed married.

A good friend of mine is a Lester dealer, I've helped him on occasion (when he needs it) he says shops are never big enough, he tells customers, if you think you want a 40x60, build a 50x80, think you want a 50x100, build a 50x150, you'll fill it with all kinds of chit sooner, rather than later.

Yours looks half full of chit already. Soon you'll be laying in that gravel to fix things, cause that shop is plumb full...
