Well then you'd hate the purple bell peppers.

A while back I posted a pic of a blt. That was the black tomatoes. I am just now coming around to raw tomatoes, I have always loved them cooked or heavily spiced(salsa or pico de guillo). The black beauties and Cherokee Purple varieties are hands down my favorite raw. We also grew mortgage lifters and bread and salt this year. Those varieties are probably better suited for canning or freezing because they are big and meaty, and a little less awesome raw in my opinion.
