I don't know about construction rates.
But a kid that graduated last year from my nephews plumbing program at a vocational school.
Came back to school today looking for any kid to be his helper 25.00 an hour starting out.
The company he works for had to wait until he turned 18 last week to give him a company van a 2023 ford transit.
He's running his own jobs and did a O'Charley's restaurant hot water install by himself and got a 2k bonus
And he gets over 2k pay mon-fri + weekend rates that are astronomical.
All the plumbing outfits call weekly asking for kids for on the job training
No experience needed
But very few are taking up the offers
I'm trying to get my nephew's interested.
