@Lnk my wife cans venison also. Comes in handy for a quick meal prep sometimes. Just heat it up and serve it over rice or potatoes. Meat is very tender after canning.

They’re dang comfortable. Wife found this pair on sale for $29 and told me I needed them. I didn’t argue. Unlike my Crocs, I’ll actually wear these beyond our property.

I leave the property in crocks all the time lol. I was recently given a pair of I think they are hey dude knock offs but they look just like that they are comfortable

Yes pressure can almost anything to keep the antique jars reloaded.
For generations we cold pack water bathed, then came the webz that said if you do that with nonacid foods you will be dead.
So I bought the biggest Presto canner I could find. Canning really shines if feeding a lot of folks at your home, and they help.
