The 7.3 power stroke and 5.9 cummins, from the same era as the 6.5 diesel, the 7.3 & 5.9 were miles ahead of the 6.5 in terms of power and pulling ability. The 6.5 fell way short on the market. Chevy did not get their head out of the sand until they started putting a duramax in their trucks.
7.3 & 5.9, will run circles around a 6.5, any day of the week, at any task.
I've heard either its awesome or its horrible, so I'm a bit hesitant to use it but its a lot more convenient and not nearly as messy as blasting. Mainly using it on windshield channels, floor and trunk pans.
