I hit Zaxby’s a little while ago, had a buy one get one free Big Zax Snack Meal coupon and added two orders of fried pickles. Needless to say, no survivors. I might just end up comatose here shortly after a big ol’ fat bowl of ice cream.

We’ve got rain north of us and south of us nothing in between

We are dry, but rain is supposed to be on the menu for the next two days. Pre-assembled my rain water collection and hope it fills soon. We use that for the garden during the dry periods. Was going to put a chicken on the new smoker, but got busy so will smoke it tomorrow. I put an English roast and a pork butt on just a few minutes ago. On 225 until morning. Will see where it is at 6. Hoping for a brisket like result, and pulled pork.

Glad to hear your pain is getting better. My left wrist is at 85% or so, and getting stronger, so I understand your pain. Hope you get some rain soon.
