Square balers around here are being used for pine straw. City folks buy straw to put on their flower beds.

Back when we had 150 blueberry bushes we would ride around a wealthy neighborhood on saturday night picking up bags of pine straw to put around them. In the fall people would rake up their yards so they were clean and neat.
The area was mostly pines so it seemed dumb to us that they would rake up and bag all that pine straw only to buy bales a month later for the flower beds.

Replaced A/C disconnect box on grandson's house along with the wiring to the A/C unit. Then put up a swing for my great granddaughter. Headed to walmart for oil and filter for granddaughter's car. On the way, need to stop at the county park to drop off 2 chipmunks that were caught this morning.
