Good morning folks 54 to 77 today. Sunny and breezy, with no rain for at least another 4 days, says the guessers.

Good morning gang. 52 to 72 and sunny again. I’ll take the sun, but the wind can go away - been an east wind for 2 days now, which is really strange. If we get an east wind, it always brings rain within 12-24 hours… but not this time, and I can’t remember ever having an east wind without rain like this.

When we get weather outta the east, its usually bad news.

After several hernia exams, I started just leaving my pants in the waiting room. It just saves time.

I ate steak and potatoes before surgery
They had me knocked out for about 14 hours
Pee catheter installed
Breathing tube installed
Hands inside the chest cavity

Didn’t take a normal *s-word for over a week

Just makes you wonder

Had to go to ER this morning at 2am
Pain was so bad I couldn’t take it anymore
They say nerves are waking up from trauma which is good but bad cause I’m feeling it now
Gave me some pain meds and muscle relaxers and steroids
Feeling better now but for how long idk.

im still on pain meds and mine seems to hurt worse than it did a couple weeks ago
one side of chest will be cold and numb one day then sore and warm the next day
so its a toss up on what side the pain is on
i sneezed this morning and it hurt for couple hours

Update on my NZ bud. Gonna be alright. Be on disability for a couple of months. Going to get some hardware installed, maybe a halo cast. Fugh I had one when I totalled my Harley years ago. Maximum suck there. Poor sod. We'll sneak him a couple of lagers after the surgery.
