Can't remember where I first asked about these, but my 1/8 npt to barb fitting came in after far too long for my P&V tool.
I drilled through the gutted plug with a 8.5mm bit then tapped 1/8 npt. Probably a touch too deep coz I had to nip it up with pliers coz the hex ended up recessed.
Done now tho.
