I've been mostly away from forums, a few times on super990 though.
I get an email once a month from Bruce that I pay the membership.

While I was away, must have been over a year ago I think, Øsa became a mother.

I didn't do very much last year, far too little at home, but I got to hunt quite a bit with Øsa, a lot with the neighbors which was very rewarding.
Chainsaws, did the house wood but didn't loosen a screw, might dust one off this year to take new house wood and toss it aside when I'm done lol.
Today I cleaned up my paper mess a bit, so far I've walked 1312 steps, and I'm far from done with the room hahaha, but the wife is happy with the effort.

No, Øsa's breeder had a claim to all the puppies in the litter, they were all sold together, there was a long order list of puppies from her spread all over Scandinavia.

But now she's ours, so maybe I'll have a litter of puppies on her next year, then I'll keep one or more myself.

The only negative thing on Øsa is that nowadays, white over 3 cm is disqualification at the show, and the mother managed to inherit her share to the puppies....50% of them:

Love them old trucker songs, reminds me of my crazy uncle Donnie.

He used to run dairy to FL, and produce back to WI once a week. He did that run for close to 30 years.

I went with him a few times, he was nuts, woke up one morning, I asked were are we? As I climbed out of the sleeper, I saw the speedo was hovering around 100 mph, he was in the hammer lane just buzzing by everyone, that ole KW was humming a tune. He said we are in Georgia son, pedal to the metal, south bound & down, can't be late with this load of cheese.

He was freaking nuts, he let me drive that rig one night back north bound, he needed a 3 hr nap, I was 16 never drove a semi before. He gave me a crash course how to drive, and what to do. He slid over, I jumped in the drivers seat, rolling down the highway. He climbed in the sleeper said wake me at mile post such & such, there's a port up that way we need to stop at. He was always a blast to hang out with.
