Mornin'. We got dem winds y'all were talking about last night. Gus kept me up most of the night with an apparent case of the *s-words. Gotta haul a little hay later but mostly slacking on the agenda.

The weather idjit said we could potentially break 50 degrees tomorrow for the 1st time in 2023.
I just need the ice to melt off the roads..I'm really wanting to get the scooter out

Those ~50mph gusts around 2:30AM were obnoxious. Same time the thunderstorms came through the night before. A guy can't get any sleep around here.

We had one gust yesterday (early morning iirc) that lifted the skylight open about an inch for a split second. The wife witnessed it. Must've been pressure related because I don't think there's much on the roof for the wind to catch. It's a crank type window that's held pretty damn tight. Still trying to wrap my head around that one.

I don't doubt it. There were a couple really big gusts that came through. Shook the whole house here.

The wind is the only downside to being on top of a hill. It can be really violent sometimes...
