Thats good news. Was hoping reason would prevail over greed.

I was worried for a bit but it didn't seem like it was even a close decision. With as many gaping holes as they had in their proposal, I'm surprised any engineer was willing to put their seal on it. The developer did some total bullshitting too. They said they were gonna fill and compact in 9 inch lifts. The whole room bust out laughing.
