Think these are rated in English tons.
150 english is roughly 136-ish metric tons.
We load tested with 186.3 English tons to recertify them.
There were two cranes in adjacent bays that had the welding defects.

First really nice day of the year, sunny into the 40's so I worked on the woodpile, bucking and splitting. Seemed about equal parts shredding as splitting though. Tomorrow is supposed to be even nicer, might drop a big dead ash. If this weather keeps up, I won't need to move to Tennessee.

In discussion with Jon this morning he filled me in a little on what happened. Gideon and two friends were in a car accident yesterday and none were wearing seatbelts. All three were ejected and Gideon succumbed to his injuries after a LifeFlight to a trauma center in Provo. Jon and Heidi were sitting down to breakfast in Vegas and despite leaving as soon as they got a notification they were unable to make it before he passed. He did have have two of his brothers and a sister in law with him.

Hug and love those around you, remind them and yourselves that seatbelts aren't just to protect you from yourself but from the other idiots out there and must be worn.
