Just got back from the local Stihl dealer (at a John Deere dealer) and boy they don’t give those Light bars away! I’ve been wanting a Light 28” for my 661 and had to give $170 for it... I think my boy had a better experience there - he got a dumb dumb sucker and 2 candy canes, and it didn’t cost him anything.

I got a tip roast going this morning, ported a MS400...then fed the beefers. Now I'm slacking.
Won’t be out feeding beefers here
1.5” of rain its a muddy mess
We have them fed up till Thursday, all dad has to do is open a gate and let them in to hay

I paid almost $200 for that same bar a couple months ago. They're unobtanium and the sellers know it. Stupid expensive. I think the prices are actually starting to finally drop though.

I've got quite a bit of hay, so I'm rolling out a bale every day even if they really don't need it. Sure is helping the pastures out.

I’ve been prepping a couple saws to sell, and also putting my 661 back together..

I need to clean up my 661 Arctic and finally sell that *b-word. I have no need for a saw that size.

I like the light bars, put a 20” on my 261 yesterday. Have one NIB 28, too bad you didn’t post up here.

Weatherman wasn't to far off, rain started just after earlier post 5:15 ish and still coming down . Near a 1/2" of ice formed in areas that were not salted so far.
We're getting snow now. Looks like ice and rain on the way but I guess it'll depend on what the temps do.

Ain't no better heat.
All we had in the house last year was an undersized propane furnace and a gas fireplace (ripped through propane like you wouldn't believe). We froze our asses off all winter. This place was a summer home so heat and insulation weren't a priority. I added a bunch of insulation throughout last winter and more this year. Over the summer I installed a high efficiency furnace and a wood stove right next to it. Much better now. Lol
