I was at the chiropractors, his daughter had some odd smelling incense thing burning.

The incense made me sneeze. The sneeze sent my lower back into a spasm that hurt like hell.

So I can understand what you are talking about.

Needless to say chiro sent me home, he said he could not do anything when my back was in spasm.
