Around here you have to be a member of the VFW to be anywhere close to a bar. The gal at the distillery knows how a make a drink. Two was enough for me on a school night.

here just about any store has beer
one place in town you can buy liquor
plus the bars are as many as churches here
probably 6 here in town

I’m off the hook - the Mrs just finished up her 4th 12hr shift at the clinic in the last 5 days. She’s whooped. Fell asleep “listening” to me talk about my day lol. Still sleeping on the couch here...

In Rome GA tonight. Got to help another tech out on a jib install. Little welding etc.
Got the grill out doing a couple of chicken breasts and some cheesy rice and broccoli. Its actually riced cauliflower instead of rice. Not sure how I'm gonna like that, but *f-wordit, I'll give it a shot.
Damn hippies! Why cant they just leave my food alone? If I wanted cauliflower I woulda got cauliflower. I wanted fugging rice...

I have severe arthritis in my hip
Sending me to orthopedic surgeon to see what options I have
More than likely replacement

Believe it or not, that has a better chance of a good outcome than the sciatica. Timing sucks as it is at least 8 weeks recovery. Good luck and keep us posted.

Good Morning / Evening All. Wind has died down some, 30 mph instead of the 50 on the drive home. Temps crashed back down to 2 below, feels like -24f.
Wimped out and grabbed a coffee on the couch instead of walking this morning.

My friends albert and tracy went to the Hatfield distillery near me
at 11am

When you walk in they offer you a
Moonshine or wine tasting shot glasses
They offer dozens of variety's
albert slammed down all offerings and disappeared
The staff and tracy searched the property for him and finally found him somehow wedged behind a toilet laying on the floor.
Tracy was so embarrassed he wanted to leave him there but the staff made him throw albert into the back of the truck.
Tracy bought several different types of shine and wine
He likes it.
