The one in the seat is who makes the difference. If you have an older trained driver who gives a crap about doing the job right when we were taught service matters, you are one of the lucky ones. Nowadays its all about warm bodies and getting production whether it is right or wrong. Trucks have GPS in front of the drivers because the newer drivers can't read a paper map. And forget about thinking for themselves. All they know is the computer says and that is how they are trained unfortunately. 23 years so far and 6 1/2 years more and I am out.
