Cant bring em all home. Just feed em when you can and a scratch between the ears. Damn shame folks dont take responsibility for their animals. Same ones dont do any better for their children.

my cat bub was dropped off near my sisters when he was probably 5 weeks old and sick
he is almost 15 pounds now and spoiled as hell

Wish I hadnt been a dumb arse and lost the pictures of Tia when we got her. She could sit in my hand. So little and so sick. I made her a sweater out of a Winnie the Pooh sock I found at Wal-Mart, because it was January and she was so little. Vet said not to name her when we took her the day after we got her, but she is a tough little chit.

Technology is a large part of what is wrong. I'm not saying its bad, especially since I'm saying this on an internet forum, but theres a time and place for it.
I worked 12 hours today, and I came on here to unwind. This wasnt the only thing I had to do today.

We have a niece who has given her son whatever garbage she could to keep him preoccupied. Now hes turnied 16 today, and he doesnt want anything to do with her. She gave him all these gadgets and phones and such. What he really wanted and needed was some time, but she was too busy to give that.
His dad was the same way until a couple of years ago, but he finally wised up. Hes been doing a decent job of being a dad recently. About Damn time.

ive only had to whip maddie once with the belt for being on the road and now just the sight or sound of it she thinks shes been bad
mom didnt mind whipping my ass with anything from a board to a fishing pole and theres the problem today

I aint sure about that. Shes always just had other things she wanted to do more than spend time with her son.
Just didnt seem right to me.
Also no discipline.
We got dads belt or mommas flyswatter when we did dumb *s-worde. My grandad only whipped my arse once, and that was the WORST. EVER.
I felt like I had fugged up to the point of no return. He was someone I worshipped, and to feel like I did something bad enough for him to take his belt to me was a MAJOR wakeup call.

I know that
We’re all good not blaming you
But at what age will he be when he starts to learn to do stuff on his own

I wasn’t raised with a dad in the house but I still learned to do carpentry electrical and plumbing
I can do mechanical work along with metal fabrication and welding
Just about everything you should know a little about especially when looking for jobs or can’t afford to pay someone to do it for you

Maybe you should try PAYING ATTENTION to some of it.
The crap state of our country right now is a direct result of people losing sight of the fundamentals that kept us all strong. Laugh if you want, but it's going to keep getting worse until someone puts it back into order, or we just become another country ruled by our government.
You can think whatever you want then, just doesnt matter anymore. You Will have no say.
