Mornin' guys. Had a nice day up in Cheasaning at a GTG with the firewood guys yesterday. Ate way too much. Gonna take it a little easy today. Maybe make some ramp pesto with a new friend.

Got stuck in traffic for a while.
A small suv ran into the back of a truck, which then got piled into by a truck which in turn got rammed by a truck with an empty cattle trailer...
All while coming into a reduced lane construction zone.

I'm pretty sure there were a few times I had wheels off the ground.
The 2 lane state roads we took around Nashville were decent at least.

Fuel about the same up here too Ed. It's an eye opener at the fuel stops after the big rigs pull out. On a 250 gallon drop in there tanks and the pump shows $1337 dollar sale. WTF

Afternoon tater heads.
Started in on this boat anchor.
Nasty mfer!
Checked compression nefore I started.
It made it to 150 before the recoil spring broke.
Think I just need th replace tue whole recoil. Its got several slats broken out as well.
No apparent scoring as seen through the exhaust port, so a new set of crank seals, coil, recoil(see what I did there?), and a carb kit should get it going.
I'm planning to give it to my nephew if it males a good runner. He does landscaping and lawn care. Does some tree cleanup, so he could use it.

Balled out in the kitchen for lunch. Both pastas and the red sauce from scratch, focaccia too. I got some ramp greens and did up some pesto for the fettuccine. Those trumpet mushrooms are not in season but a local place is growing them and they are amazing.
I ate well this entire weekend. Think I'm taking tonight off.

Still needing the heat here too. Its reaching the middle 60’s during the day but still getting a pretty heavy frost overnight.

Tire pressure monitor for the 5th wheel.
It had just shut off prior due to low battery and I didn't want to mess with plugging it in until we stopped again.

Back home. Cold and rainy here..




Something must have gotten lodged under the slide out and got the floor...
Any flooring guy suggestions to glue it back down because warranty sure won't do chit for it.


It's just fake wood looking vinyl flooring.

Jeesush. You must really like Florida King fam. You have literally driven further one way than is physically possible here. NZ is approx 1000mls from tip to toe, including jumping from my island to @markds2 s.
