Ah, your area of responsibility furnace brazes externally supplied tanks and cores together, rather than manufacturing the tanks and cores and subsequently furnace brazing them?Not really much risk, just a huge PITA if they have to be pried or cut off of the belt. Every core, regardless of where it was in the furnace, is scrapped. The braze process is incredibly precise. At least monthly I wire up a core to do a "heat curve" graph to make sure things are happening as they should.View attachment 332119
