Not really much risk, just a huge PITA if they have to be pried or cut off of the belt. Every core, regardless of where it was in the furnace, is scrapped. The braze process is incredibly precise. At least monthly I wire up a core to do a "heat curve" graph to make sure things are happening as they should.View attachment 332119
I have no idea who's manufacturing these radiators in the new Blazer, but they should hire your azz to fix their incompetence.
