Cant just swap ECM because the VIN is programmed in.
I have to personally believe that is a crock of chit.
And, if it is true, the thieving pile of diseased ridden musk ox cocks should have his arms amputated by means of drawing and quartering.

I've only seen dealerships and rental places get wheels stolen
