So it does matter if your shooting north or south vs east or west?
I thought so as a young man but is it true?
No time to read that chit

Non negotiableIf this happens I would turn it around and ask if a cut in salary would suffice instead. Never know, you might come to an agreement, surely you have nothing to loose at that point.
Well that sucks Dave!Non negotiable
No certainty if anything will be available.
But I planned ahead
I paid my house and property off.
Not much opportunities because of covid
Shutdowns.
But I have friends in about all the industries around here
I told them to call if anything opens up.

Yep.Like I've said over and over. We've reached a point where greed is the driving force behind every decision made at the corporate level. About 25 more billionaires are created in this country each year. At the same time, less and less full time jobs with benefits are to be found. All these billionaires are taking vast amounts of money out of the economy and hoarding it for no good reason. They aren't interested in investing in building a better workforce, so there comes a point where sustainably of this business model is impossible without finding a labor pool that will work for nearly nothing. Look around....you'll see empty manufacturing facilities everywhere that prove my point.
Many many jobs with benes around here. This place is direct hiring off of the street. Job fairs twice weekly.
I've seen the ghost town that was Alcoa, but the Knoxville and Maryville area seem to be thriving. Nashville seems to be the same. Is it mostly just the rural areas suffering from consolidation down there? Up here we still have industrial parks in even the smallest towns. Not here. There are none of the types of jobs that were here 30 years ago. Shirt factories, closed down. Trailer manufacturers, gone. Machine shops, closed. And so on....

Yes. A lot of our equipment that isn't made in Jaypan comes from our plant down there in Maryville. Plus my buddy transferred to it and lives in Vonore now. So I've been down plenty to visit him, buy off on equipment, or learn something at our training center down there. Is that down near route 129 outside of Knoxville?
There’s always someone in the government trying to price gouge the little bloke, making sure they get their cutThat was the idea but Gov’t wanted their cut so the prices are high. Black/ Grey Market still thrives if you want smokable. Legal shops seem to mostly to oils and edibles.
Record profits from Pandemic related sales, lets screw those that made it happen. Hoping you and your team survive without too much damage.

Clear and 30f this morning. Watched the interesting phenomenon of the frost failing on the ground. Initially looked like fog but it fell and settled on the ground.
