Finally broke down and bought an electric grinder a couple years ago.
No regrets.
It even does sausage stuffins an other stuffs.
Really saves on the old shoulders.
Boy bought a slicer.
That makes the jerky fixing more easier.
Now if I just had time to go hunt...
