Normally I wouldn't even bother but it's likely the service drop insulation has been rubbed away on the side of the tree. I'd like to find the clearance crew that chicken sh1ted out on this tree. Homeowner said they changed the color on the tree. I was confused for a sec. She said it had a red dot (which means remove). She saw them spray the dot and when they were done it was a blue dot (which means just trim).

They do the 2 dot for drop 1 for trim around here. They marked a tree in my back yard for removal then never came back lol.
