How’s Mike? Are you close to any of the fires? I’ve been keeping an eye on Caldor, it looks to be a doosy.

Caldor is the closest to me. Thankful it gain any momentum on the other side of highway 50. If it did it could lead to trouble here. It's about a 30 minute drive to the fire from here. The smoke and ash has been horrible.

Doing okay on day 5 with no crutches. Slowly but surely getting better. Going crazy house bound though. How have you been doing Gary?

Doing good here. Summer temps disappeared when the rain came, hope we still get some hot stuff before it’s really over.

I supposed to be heading to the Resort at Squaw Valley at the end of September. Starting to wonder about the wisdom of that plan.
