Gotta suck to be down when you're really needed. Hoping you have a speedy recoveryMom and Dad’s power went out about 45 minutes ago. Dad called me and wanted to know if i still had my ass in the easy chair and if so get to fuggin’ work. What a dick...but i wouldn’t trade my old man for anyone else. At the end of our conversation he says “You know i’m just messing around, right? keep your ass in the chair so you get better....but tell your buddies to get their asses moving

TidyDid I post this already? Last bit of my hackery b4 It gets Super Sausaged by @huskihl. That filter fits the stack tight enough to hold the original filter housing in place. A clamp will fit if ever needed.

Sorry about all this Brent. Prayers heading that way.Evening knuckle bumpers.
Same old *s-worde at work.
Called the parents this morning to check on them.
Dad is needing some help now to make some changes for mom.
Shes got Parkinson's disease, and its getting worse quicker than he anticipated.
He and I have been at odds for a bit on a few things, like getting her a lift chair to help her get up. She mostly watches tv and naps during the day now. He thinks if he gets the lift chair that she wont be able to get up on her own, and that will lead to her being bed-ridden.
I cant make him understand that the disease IS GOING TO DO THAT. Doesnt matter how much they excersize and try to keep moving. Eventually, it takes that away. Its a neuromuscular disease.
I understand his side of it. He doesnt want to lose his sidekick and best friend to this, but I dont want him to cause her a lot of undue suffering thats going to prove needless either.
Probably going to butt heads wif the old man in the next couple of days. Just want whats best for my mom.
Sorry for the TLDR.
Seems like bosslady and I are constantly helping out someone whos sick for the last 5 years or so.
She just lost her younger sister last month after a 20 year battle with Leukemia.
If you dont think thats rough, you havent been through what she's been through. That was a tough gal right there. Bless her heart.
spend what time you can with herEvening knuckle bumpers.
