I’m still feeling worn out after yesterday's sea-sailing-fairground ride. @Kiwioilboiler , Yeh I’ve taken note “I must not play in the big badass sea”
I'm sure I will hear more from my mate about how he felt during the whole days sailing..


And on another note, my 18yr son messaged me last night… while I was asleep in the chair as a was so tired.
He and his mum had his dog put down (black Labrador 14yrs old). So I feel abit more than sad for my son at the mo.

Sorry about your sons dog. I’ve had to put a few down myself. I’ve come to think of it as our gift to them for loving us the way that they do. We do it because they don’t deserve to suffer. All I had was black labs growing up Duck hunting. Great dogs. Feel better mate.

I've been caught out at sea too mate, that's partly why I'm so ocd about wiring and tidiness. Things have to work and be at hand when you really need them.

I'm no Dr but I reckon this should apply to most of us John.
Bit less meat, bit more fresh fruit and veg.
Bit less booze and soda, bit more water.

Sustainable long term too.
