Guy at work just got bad fuel or didn’t change his filters enough, lost a pump and wiped the whole injection system out he was quoted 7000$ to fix

the cp4 is fragile compared to the cp3That’s what this had, pretty sure Ford and Chevy both used the cp4, way I understand it’s the fuel quality here and the amount of sulfur along with changing filter regularly

Did he put the cp4? They came with a denso system. Not saying it’s any better though. Cp3 is definitely the most reliable.a buddy of mine has a newer l5p with the cp4 and it *s-word the bed
