We’ve often been referred to as the Murder Capital of Canada but it’s rare for a 3 yr old. Hits home as we are currently dealing with a belligerent father at daycare that is trying to exert power on his ex by causing problems hoping we’ll kick the kid out. Almost drove to the lawyers office to tell them what I thought of the BS letters they had sent saying they don’t need to provide documentation, we just have to listen to what they say. May still file a complaint with the law society as the lawyer flat out lied in his statement to our daycare director and I’m pretty sure even those scum aren’t allowed to do that.

You just need a guy who looks like me to stare at him for ten minutes from a distance and then just walk away. Then you say stuff like remember that guy staring at bla bla bla. Be dead serious. Shake him up a lil. Make him think about that more than twice. Control that situation before it gets ugly and be done with it. No harm no foul equals no problems.

File a police report. Just tell the cops as it was, nothing more. They carry weight on couts.
