So.....we searched the junk yard for Sport Trac parts yesterday. Didn't find much. The boys did find a 70s model F-350 with a damn good cab and fenders though. I bought that for 450.00
:campeon:. Damn good find Randy!
Everything I look at here is either beat, rusty, or they think its gold.

I was thinking the the arc of the wheel openings were different on theF-350 VS the F-250, but Jimmy (the yard owner) says nope. Same.

So we just got the cab, and the front end. Hood is gone.....grill too I think. Bubba's 250 has all that though.

Now this old truck cab ain't rust free. But....the cab corners, rockers, and the area around the windows is real good. The floor pans are crap.....of course.

Towards the later 70's some of those areas more prone to rust had galvanized metal installed, same with the boxes. Starting around 76 or so and got better(more) through 79(best).

Only on F-450 and up had different fenders.

Besides Dennis Carpenter, there's Mac's auto parts, LMC Truck, Bronco Graveyard and National Parts Depot have catalogs you can get from their websites for Ford trucks.

Oh yeah.....I did extensive sheet metal work on my 66 Fairlane. Dennis Carpenter, and Mac were the two places I used the most.
