I guess these iridium plugs are worth the extra money. I can't believe 143k miles and no gap or electrode deterioration whatsoever. Still 1mm air gap. The old girl looks to have a good burn and no oil consumption. Happy, Happy.

No sense taking a chance over a couple bucks a year savings if using 2 stroke oil vs a real lubricity additive designed for diesel. They say you need none in that abstract but I'll keep using what I use in mine. Just in case.
