Good morning saw nuts, went to the opening day of our new Tractor Supply yesterday. Picked up a couple things for the shop, got a free hat for me and free bag of dog food for Gunther. Couple of young fellas from Brokaw started messing with a old man in the check out line. Those disrespectful (racist) young fellas don't know how lucky they are that the "old man" that they weren't scared of didn't bust their bones. Sad to see this sort of thing reach all the way up here, but goes to show that a fella needs to watch his ass this day in age, no matter where you are.

Been volunteering to help cleanup in town and golf course and now when I need help nothing.
Its discouraging
I’ve been trying to find a different job that pays better [emoji107]
With limited use of r arm and copd nobody wants someone like that
I’m not bad enuff to qualify for disability they tell me
Don’t know what I’m going to do [emoji3525]

Turns out the porch on this cabin is completely rotten. Headed to the local lumber supply.
The folks that built it used non treated wood.
It lasted less than 5 years.

Don’t get discouraged buddy. Keep doing what you’re doing, be the best you you can be and you’ll get through it.

How are the kids doing? I’ve had great success getting help from my oldest and his buddies more so than my friends my age.

I’m sure that despite all the volunteering you’ve done I am sure each of those people has some of their own stuff they need to deal with. You’ll get yours done too, hopefully the insurance will come through with enough that you can hire out more of the reconstruction than last time.
