Preliminary surgery shows a shot top rear AV mount. Probably explaing the torn intake boot. Luckily, it hasnt ran lean long enough to screw up the cylinder. View attachment 292836

The mount is usually trashed on the beasties.
The brass insert is sometimes loose in the tank handle. It's a JB Weld win most times.

Didn’t place it carefully enough in the back of my 4runner and when I opened the hatch it fell out upside down.
