The last time I took a 24/7 BP test was in 2016, I had a heart attack, stent surgery, changed my diet, started exercising, threw the last smoke in the autumn of 2020, is probably mostly because they want to check if the BP medication is correct after all the changes I have made in the last year.
BP may as well be too low on me as it is too high.

The only unhealthy thing I have left is that I get nic in me through vape, but it's low dose mixtures I'm on.

Could maybe lowered a bit along with coffee reduction, really nothing left to enjoy if so.

When the c'19 vaccine is set and things start to normalize a bit, I will return to regular riding on the spinning bike, but I do not think that will happen until the autumn.

To me the vaccines don’t have enough trial time on them
Why take the *s-word if you don’t have symptoms or sick
And saying that you need a paper saying you had the shots to give access in a building or a *f-wording government funded area like a airport or such is pure *B-S....
They can suck me if they think I’m gonna bow down to that *B-S....

Very rare to have a starter failure on them too, so while it seems dumb, it actually works.
