Good morning, girls,
We're at the vet. Hopefully we'll figure out more today.
After it's over we're heading back home for her regular chicken parties.

Hope everyone on OPE experience a beautiful Tuesday, even it's a damn working day.
Glad to hear Osa is making small improvements Tor stay safe out there today

I rarely watch anything on TV. I do have a vivid imagination, and an overactive brain though.

Plus 1. I'm proud of that young man.

Whatever it takes, but.....

When will you be getting a driver's license?

Jonathan hasn't gotten his yet either. I know a lot of young people who aren't as interested as I was in getting their license.
I couldn’t get my drivers license fast enough

I’m also proud of him. I’ve done too good of a job spoiling my son and I’m to blame for it. He does well in school and competes in science fairs, does not get in trouble. So I let him play video games. It does hurt my feelings that he never wants to work on things with me like I did with my dad and my grandad. But I recon I’m going to have to drop the hammer soon and make him get a job like my dad did me. Proud of him for being dedicated to school but something needs to change to teach him the value of the dollar. My dad was hard on me and I have him to thank for a lot. I don’t want to have my son not be prepared for life.
My father and grandfather were old school my old mans mantra was( treat em mean keep em keen ) on the money side of it all.In other words don’t ask me for money go and earn some yourself.

I was sitting on a bench outside the driver's license office on the morning of my 16th birthday when a lady from inside unlocked the door. My car was parked in front. She asked how I got there, so I told her my mom drove me and then got a ride on to work with a friend. She said I must be really confident about passing. I was. Confident enough to drop my mom off at work, then drive myself there. I passed too.
Lmao :risas3::campeon:legend status right there.

My nephew gets his tomorrow. He's 18 so no driver's ed, just a written test. My Dad says he's not ready, and he has never wanted a license. His mom is making him get it because he's about to (hopefully) graduate. I don't get it. He's always miserable and acts like even carrying on a conversation is a chore. I hate to break it to him but life ain't gonna get any easier. I'm thinking he'll move in with his dad, who rents a house with his dad. Three generations of amazing under one roof.
Are any of them on Centrelink payments .Doesn’t sound like there’s much motivation to get further in life.

My first car was a 78 dt400 yamaha
In 84 I rode it 30 miles round-trip
To work for corbett carnell
On his farm.
No headlight so that was fun at 5am
I did that for three years
Until I got a 78 cutlass that I drove illegally for many years.
Never got caught
Finally went and got my drivers license in 88
Slacker :risas3:

The dad and grandad work. My nephew just got a job. All just scraping by. All would support the "living wage".

Good evening Todd. How have you been?

Wasn’t bad could have been better was on a job this morning and I found a massive stuff up with some structural steel they wanted me to brick around.Structural steel erected in the wrong spot massive drafting error, that’s what you get when you get you drafting done in Malaysia.I have no sympathy I ripped them a new one for my time there for nothing they didn’t complain.

They'd need a Brent. The restaurant on 52 is called Orbit. The outer ring spins, one revolution per hour (the boy timed it). Food is good and scenery changes from water to city views as it goes round.
Grabbed a pic of the normal person marina, where SS Mayfloat and Cruise Mode would feel more at home too.

So the widest point of the Sky Tower is the revolving bit.

Auckland is an interesting place with regards to civil construction Todd. We stayed at the Sky Grand which is attached to the Casino and tower in the pics. New builds going on all around it, and also the convention centre which had a roof fire October 2019 when a roofer overcooked some butynol.....
