How many different vehicles projects do you have going on right now?

Too many. Or is that even possible?

Randy
My boy has a 93 gmc z71 that the frame is rusted out behind cab
350 run good, tranny was tight and transfer case
Ifn ya need anything else

Sent from Hoskey hilltop

Sounds like he needs to transplant that stuff into another truck.

I probably have a turbo laying around you could throw on it...

No need for all that. Bubba just needs to get it running and driving at this point.

Right now it's all the way down to the frame.

All the snow has melted. Concrete driveway heaves every winter. Broke a hand sized piece along a one of the stress joints. It cracked along the joint and when it heaved the one side caught the other and sliced off a section. Trying to patch and match 20 year old concrete ? Any tricks?
Grout the edge so the concrete sticks and stays in place next winter.

the motor and transmission from the 5.3 has the wiring harness computer and fuse block
i thought it would make it easier with installation i can get him the wiring harness that goes inside the tahoe as well
it hasnt been scraped yet

If you set him up with everything under the hood, the stuff from inside shouldn't be required.
Except maybe the BCM and connectors? Not sure if the PCM will go to a theft mode or not without communication with it.
Maybe grab that and set it aside with the connectors and as much wire coming out of them as possible.
Otherwise it's easy for me to tell him which circuits need power, ground, etc.

He can move a few pins around in the firewall plug to make things mesh nicely if needed on anything 88' and up. This Tahoe lost a head gasket and has all the options in it. That forward wire harness covers most vehicles and will fit just about any of the 1996-2000 GM trucks. It's good and most of dash is out or stripped down. Dual air factory tow package truck. Already pulled the column down and heater assemblies out. Interior is mostly out and gone in the forward cabin area. Not much left but the dash panel and bits. Under the hood is all good on a Vortec V8 with a popped head gasket. I steal parts off it when needed for my 97' z71.

They don’t inspect y’all hard hats and replace them if needed every 5 years do they? I’ve had to render one for being tampered with.
lol they do but burns scratches and dust on mine are common
a new hardhat lasts me a job usually
i know people who have the fiberglass ones and some are 10 years or more older
usually nothing is said unless theres a hole or something torn

exactly
and if you use tape or something to stick to it they say it will make the hardhat soft in those places because of chemicals

My last one was way past 5 yrs old. Had a lot of character and cool stickers on it after all those years
