Todd, if it was an everyday thing it would get old very quick. We only do 4 to 6 a year this since. The one thing that always amazes me if how clean they are inside, I remember the first one and we were not expecting it to be as clean as it was.

When I was doing that job before we used to average 2 /3 a day then wrap and put on the rack .Some days I used to come home spent
