Wifey had the same nausea, it was either the niacin or the zinc. Can't remember which.

I was getting that way from regular one a day vitamins. Stopped taking them lately I've been taking tumeric and vitamin e,d,b12 along with some supplements. Been feeling much better last few days. Thyroid is still swollen and visible but no longer hurts to swallow.

Each days a gift gotta make the most of it.
