That's not a dump, it's a transfer station. Gotta have dirt/soft ground at the dump so the metal and glass shards are less likely to puncture your tires.

We burn old wood, branches, cardboard etc in the backyard just so we can stand around and poke the fire with a stick.I guess you could call it that but it is right at the landfill. Those bins don’t travel more than a few hundred metres at a time.
