You put that through the hole after you're all done adjusting and twist it up. Now your caps won't fall oft.

You put that through the hole after you're all done adjusting and twist it up. Now your caps won't fall oft.

There is no hole. It’s supposed to be wrapped around the cap and pushed back into the clamp. The clamp is already crimped
