My lovely wife has been gone all day. Shopping with her sister. I can't really make good bread......but I could have gotten my granddaughter Jasmine to make cornbread...she makes good cornbread.

Hot and fast brisket was the wife’s favourite, I like it with a little more smoke than this one took on. Might have been the method, might have been the small size.
