Guy at work built it for another guy that never shot it. I'll ask him the specs next week, but for the price I wasn't nit-picking. The scope looks suspect but it shoots well so I can replace that later. I'd been thinking about maybe building a .350 AR next year but just in the last couple days I've heard some things about it compared to the .450 and this became available so...

2 1/2 years old is my perfect deer. Fully grown but not gamey. There are always variables but most young deer taste better than beef to me, outside of a well marbled ribeye. Guy at work brought in chili once made with his trophy buck. It was a beautiful rack but even with all the spices the meat tasted like *s-word.

Hot and fast brisket was the wife’s favourite, I like it with a little more smoke than this one took on. Might have been the method, might have been the small size.
