Was millwrighting years ago and there was a fella at the mill that didn't bathe, they called him the elephant man. One hot summer day the stench got so unbearable that the boys went and tied him to a fuel Silo, then commenced to douse him good with an 1-1/4" fire hose to knock the stink off. He washed himself every week after that, so as not to repeat.

Similar incident happened at the shop my dad worked at 40 years. The supervisor was involved in this dudes bath. I don't get it. I take 1-2 showers a day.

I likes me a stick. Especially the granny gear havin type. To bad you couldn't find a ZF 5 speed from a later model 3/4 or one ton. The gas version had granny 1st and overdrive 5th. They made small block, big block and diesel variants. The diesel version has much less granny than the gas version.
