How often do you find one like this? I found this one on Ebay and made a offer to the guy and he accepted.

I have been lucky enough to find 3-353's, 1-346xp ne, 1-346xp oe, 1-357xp, 1-359, 1-2153, and 1-2150 all NOS. Never had fuel or oil in them. Now this one to add to my collection.

I also have a like new 350 and like new 346xp ne, 357xp, and 372xp oe that will be going to Mastermind. The 1st one is scheduled for August 17th.IMG_0606.JPG IMG_0608.JPG IMG_0609.JPG IMG_0610.JPG IMG_0611.JPG

I always wanted to try a 353 as it seems like a real solid saw that hardly anybody noticed. The first saw I ever bought new is my 357xp I got back on 2006. I still have a major soft spot for that saw, especially since I deleted the base gasket and ported the muffler. It is next in line to be ported by J&J's Braap Shack (my brother and me).. :)

I recently picked up a sad pile of 359 and rebuilt it just because they are a popular saw and I wanted to see what they are all about.. I did nothing but a gasket delete on that. No, it's not as fast as my 357, but it just lugs and lugs.. Seems to have alot of torque and I like how it runs.

That being said, this is why I am interested in the 353. I have other things taking priority over saws at this moment, but when I get back into saw mode, I'd love to pick up a project 353 and see what it's all about.

Very nice collection of NOS 300 series legends there Woodrow. :)

Howdy Woodrow.
Hey Art! How are you doing?I am still collecting 3 series Husqvarna's. You been buying any saws lately?

Next to the packing job you did on the 372 you got for me, this guy did a great job of packing and sending me this 350!

That's one impressive signature you have with all those nos saws.
