im all for people doin what makes em happy. but i just wish they didnt have to be such inconsiderate pricks while doing it.
My wife and I ride but almost exclusively on dedicated bike trails. Those same Tour DeFrance dicks you encounter on the road are just as dickish on the paved bike trails. Wont get over ect. You can tell in advance almost always. They look like Lance Armstrong in all their ghey cycle clothes. Fuggers won't even acknowledge you if you aren't looking like them. My ride.

You should see them if I pass them on this. And I have on occasion especially into a strong wind. They get pissed.

big bumpers stop that problem
You will only do that once. Lol. The penalty for hitting a cyclist is substantial. Here there is a minimum distance a vehicle has to stay away from you. Since getting that three wheeled cripple cart, when we do ride on the local roads, all cars have given us a full lane as they pass. Before, on 2 wheels *a-holes pass you in your lane, often a couple feet away. We try to stay off the road. To many dicks think you should be there.

problem here is we have tons of extremely narrow roads, with no paved shoulder. and these clowns like to ride 3-4 wide. i come around a corner with a truck and trailer, with oncoming traffic and theres a wall of 70 year olds in spandex blocking the fuggin road. we have MILES of beautiful bike trails and roads with nice wide shoulders. its my personal opinion that pedal bikes should not be allowed on paved roads with no shoulder.

here they ride on the main roads holding up a mile of traffic
There is a lot of bike trails that was old railroad beds where they pulled up the tracks
Also plenty of side roads they could ride
When those Dallpluckers are barely going up a hill and traffic behind them as far as the eye can see
They are a nuisance and cause wrecks

Exactly. Stupid mfers. If we ride road, its her and I and single file only. But, its rare. In fact we put the 2.36 miles of trails on our property to stay off the road.

I 100% agree. Just because its legal does not me its smart or safe. We have pulled off to let cars buy in the past.

i read through that link. just we need, is them advertising frankfort as charming and “uncharted”. if only that were so. they can take their race and shove it up their arse.
I'll probably be visiting your charming little town before long. I guess Trevor hits the streets Tuesday. Hopefully at 37 he's done *f-wording up.
