No not really.i just stick with what works for me.i have my reasons i dont wanna spend more on bars ,chains, bar adapters, no dealer support localy,i have friend who is manager at a local stihl repair shop get. Good pricibing,the availability of used parts so much easier to find,i like 2 ring pistons,fstihl must be doing something right when other manufactures are being sold and or goin out of buiss.theres is more stihls being used then any other brand commercially.its kinda like ford verses chevy.how many chevys do you see with ford motors as opposed to fords with chevys,i once i will say though if i bought any other saw then a stihl it would be a dolmar.i like echo blowers stick edgers and power pruners cuz i dont like the stihl 4 mix i had alot of problems with the 4 mix crap and got rid of it,plus its heavier and dont spool as fast.thanx
