All three of those little tabs on that tool are doing the same thing by lining the lever up flush with the little cavity at the bottom of the pan for each of thoe types of carb. An eyeball works just as well. That .4 one basically just keeps the lever a smidge below the carb body and that's where all those type are set.

I was just trying find the tool before sending out the artwork to a machine shop to have one made. It is so frustrating knowing that tool is available but no wants to sell it. I having the same problem getting a General Transmission tool that I am needing to repair those belt drives. No one seem to have the tool even when I got the part number for it.
