Maybe. I think I'd trust Paul's products more. Incidentally I truly hope to make Randy's GTG as I really want to try your HD model. I'm torn between buying it and the S.E. which Doug recommends so highly and would like to see how it does.

I had one of the prototypes of this for awhile.
It's a nice spliter and fast. I was surprised on how much it would take. We put some big chunks of Elm in and it split it.

The things I didn't like about it.

Table was flat and rounds would want to roll.
With a Hydraulic you can stop the ram and reset. With this one we had a few pieces get shot out of it. As the ram was tripped and the piece started to roll off center.
