Look I bet spikey has secretly been piss revvin a few badgeless hooskies, but hey that's nothing new for him. Good news is Husky hasn't forgotten about the pro saw market, infact many of their new products are down right desirable. After the solid success of the 572 things are looking good, I think you'd be stupid to buy an ol 372 these days which for a long time was a dependable choice. I have no doubt they'll deliver us something good.

Don't think I'm allowed to to reveal any details beyond what is in the press release. But believe me, it absolutely kicks ass.

Well, I called Sweden and for now I'm not going to go beyond what was in the press release, which I know isn't much. It's an honor, not to mention a lot of fun, to be in the test program, so I won't break the trust they've placed in me. Even acknowledging they exist wasn't cool until that press release came out.

If you need any one to test it out in the woods at work I could do that lol

I missed that, seems like a waste of a good chassis though if they don't pursue a larger bore. With a 52mm top end they could compete with a 500 and most likely have significantly more power all with very little weight gain over a 572 that is on the heavier side for a 70cc.

90 cc class, different chassis from the 572 and a "new" technology. Sounds like this will be a fuel injected answer to the 500i

Yes. Most (but not all) newer chainsaws have plastic caged proprietary bearings unfortunately. I would gladly take plastic caged 6203’s over plastic caged 6202’s however.

Brooooo....id take a 581 any day on that chassis. A 10cc jump on that machine would make it ridiculous for its weight.

It might have a recoil like the 181

I hope the chassis is similar to the 572 cos the wrap handles realy flow on that saw much smoother than the 372

I just hope my dealer decides to stock it and doesnt pretend to not know what full wrap handles and proper sized felling spikes are.
